Adults: take a tablespoon (10 ml), 4 times a day. Children from 6 to 12 years: a teaspoon (5 ml) 4 times a day. Children from 3 to 6 years: a teaspoon (5 ml), 2 times a day. Take preferably separated from meals and drink plenty of water or juice throughout the day. It can be taken directly or dilute the amount indicated in a glass with water or other liquid.
