Ergyfibral by Nutergia is a product based on fibers (oats and fruits) and plant extracts selected for their beneficial action in the digestive sphere (bloating, gas and irritated intestinal mucosa). This product does not contain strong laxatives that can cause discomfort, only soluble prebiotic fibers and insoluble fibers that regulate transit. Ergyfibral is ideal to normalize a slow intestinal transit by providing more fibers in the diet. It has a beneficial action on the endogenous intestinal flora to forget intestinal problems. 1 to 2 cube(s) to chew daily outside of meals, with a large glass of water (200 ml).
