Essence of Eucalyptus Radiata Bio from Physalis has properties similar to Eucalyptus globulus, but in a more gentle and convenient way for children (over 3 years). An Eucalyptus-based chest balm soothes and releases your breath. Essential oils are the volatile aromatic compounds of medicinal plants, flowers, fruits, seeds, ... These oils are generally found in suitable cells, glands or small channels in the plant that produce them for several reasons: like pheromone to attract certain insects or conversely, as a repellent for others, as protection against specific diseases, ... The amount of essential oil contained in plants is very variable. The following uses are recommended: Oral: 1 to 2 drops twice a day. Take diluted in 1 tablespoon of honey or in an infusion. Skin: Massage. Bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil. Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to your preference or the size of the room. Respiratory balm: Eucalyptus radiata AE 2 drops, Myrtle AE 1 drop and Ravensara AE 1 drop. Dilute in 10 ml (= 1 tablespoon) of vegetable oil of your choice.
