Milk thistle oil from Alfa Herbal is a highly bioavailable vegetable oil, rich in silybin, silcristine and silydianin, which form a hepatoprotective complex known as silymarin. Milk thistle is an ideal plant for care and protection in case of liver and gallbladder ailments. It is recommended to take 5 ml daily (1 tablespoon) dissolved in a little water.
