Thyme essential oil from Sol Natural is an intensely concentrated substance from the vegetable raw material from which it is extracted. Essential oils preserve the aroma and properties of roots, plants, flowers, etc. It is recommended for internal use of 2 to 4 drops, 3 times a day, in a teaspoon of honey or in a lump of brown sugar or infusion (discontinuous treatments). As external use, for Compresses, frictions, rinses with the essence dissolved in alcohol. Do not use in lactation
