Metabolic Pgx by Nale is a Konjac based product. It is recommended to take four capsules on an empty stomach; or two capsules half an hour before lunch and two half an hour before dinner with one or two glasses of water; or according to professional indication. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of little kids. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light.
