The protein comes from ingredients such as milk protein isolate and collagen hydrolyzed protein, thus favoring the uptake of amino acids. They contain glycerin that has a moisturizing function when used in food. At a sports level, it contributes to achieving a state of hyperhydration, so it can help maintain hydration levels in the athlete, contributing to maintaining performance. The soy nuggets give it a crunchy touch in addition to adding vegetable protein from legumes. It is recommended to take after a workout, although it can be taken at any time as a contribution of extra protein as a healthy snack.
