Lifeplan's Vitamin B Complex, Mega Potency, contains 500mg of a well balanced ratio of the B Vitamins including: B1 (Thiamine), B2 (Riboflavin), B3 (Niacin), B5 (Pantothenic Acid), vitamin B6, Biotin (vitamin B7), Folic Acid (B9) and Vitamin B12.
