Thyme thymol from Éolésens is an essential oil with a powerful, pungent and slightly flowery aroma, obtained by steam distillation of the flowering tops of the plant. This oil is characterized by favoring the respiratory system. Originally from the Mediterranean basin, thyme is grown everywhere on dry, rocky and sunny ground.
