Nestle Optifast Strawberry Shake 12 sachets is a replacement for one or more main meals for weight control. With all the essential vitamins, minerals and trace elements in a complete diet. It is recommended to take for an exclusive diet (replace all meals of the day): 3 or 4 sachets a day. For a mixed diet (combine with usual foods): 1 or 2 sachets. It is recommended to take under medical supervision, especially when consuming the exclusive diet for more than 3 weeks. Suitable for adults or on medical recommendation.
