It offers a prolonged energy release, perfect during and after exercise. Fewer insulin spikes, favoring the use of glucose at the cellular level in a shorter time and maintaining the blood sugar level for longer. Fast gastric emptying due to its high molecular weight and low osmolarity, favoring digestion and reducing gastrointestinal side effects. Does not inhibit fat burning.
