Activecomplex omega essential from Pharma Nord is a food supplement in the form of soft gelatin capsules with a combination of borage oil and fish oil. Each capsule contains 360 mg of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) and 140 mg of fish oil. They also carry a small amount of arachidonic acid. Both the FFA and the omega 3 fatty acids contained in ActiveComplex Omega Essential are in the form of free fatty acids. ActiveComplex Omega Essential capsules are soft and easy to swallow, and thanks to their content of free fatty acids they have good bioavailability in the body. It is recommended to take 2-4 capsules a day, preferably with meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a cool, dry place protected from direct sunlight. Do not store at temperatures above 30º C.
