Erbavoglio Psyllium Cuticle 200 g

Psyllium Cuticola di Erbavoglio is an annual herbaceous plant with a stem up to 30-40 cm tall. In Italy it grows in the Mediterranean area, in grassy places, meadows, pastures and sandy places. The name derives from the Greek "psylla", flea, due to the appearance of the seeds. It is recommended to put in a glass. Dilute with warm water, filling the glass about a third full. Mix well, dissolving the lumps and drink immediately.
