The root resembles the figure of a man, believed to have been sent to mankind as a gift from an ancient deity - only those deemed worthy were able to find the golden root. The root is the most commonly used part of the plant due to its nutritional properties. Ginsenosides are the active ingredients in the root which are linked to several health benefits including the production of energy to prevent fatigue, producing a calming effect when stressed. This is to ensure that you are receiving full use of the product before its expiry date. For one person's use, we recommend the 120 or 240 tablet options.
