Trepadiet's Valeriana Max is a flower plant that belongs to the Valerianaceae family. It is the best known of the Valerian genus, comprising more than 150 species. It is found mainly in the forested regions of Europe and, in part, also in North America and in the tropical regions of South America. Valerian extract is useful to find adequate relaxation and induce sleep in case of stress. Take 2 or more tablets a day with a little liquid. Keep out of the reach of children.
