Holomega Lactoferrin from Equisalud is a food supplement based on Lactoferrin, a protein obtained from superior quality bovine milk. It is used to favor the respiratory tract, help improve defenses in older people, who have reduced lactoferrin autosynthesis capacity, and improve iron status by helping to regulate its absorption. It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day, 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal, to avoid possible interference with certain foods or drinks, or as directed by a specialist.
