Daosin, a food supplement used for the dietary management of DAO deficiency ( histamine intolerance). Contains DiAminoOxidase (DAO) enzyme What is histamine? Histamine is a vital molecule, a transmitter that belongs to the so-called biogenic amines and that is present in many foods naturally as well as inside our cells. What is the DAO deficit? It is an alteration in the metabolism of food histamine that occurs when the activity of the enzyme Diamine Oxidase (DAO) is reduced, when a considerable deficiency is created in the functional activity of the main enzyme in the metabolism of histamine. It is recommended to take 1 or 2 capsules with a little water 15 minutes before meals, without chewing. The maximum dose of the product is 3 capsules per day (corresponding to 3 meals containing histamine). Not recommended for children or pregnant women. Use only under the supervision of a physician or nutritionist who will recommend dosage based on symptoms . Store in a cool, dry place
