Magnesium is in the form of glycinate and coenzymes B6 (P-5-P), Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin) and folate (5-MTHF), recognized as biologically active forms, in a form suitable for vegans. Magnesium glycinate is one of the most bioavailable and absorbable forms of magnesium, and also one of the least likely to cause gastrointestinal problems. The amino acid glycine is a neurotransmitter with anxiolytic properties, enhancing the relaxing effect of magnesium itself. Group B vitamins are essential components in the main metabolic reactions of the body, acting as coenzymes.
