Citogenex is a probiotic from the Bromatech laboratory, which in its formulation, in addition to bacterial strains, contains β-glucans, which improve the function of the intestinal barrier and modulate the response of the immune system. Citogenex contains in its formulation lactobacilli, Bifidobacteria, Beta-glucans and Vitamin C to contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system. It differs from Aflugenex by containing strains like L. casei instead of L. paracasei. It is recommended to take 2 capsules per day, after meals, with a glass of water.
