Schüssler 11 Silicea from New Era is a valid aid for water retention, balance of body fluids and digestive disorders. Ideal for restoring physiological balance. It is recommended to take the respective doses every half hour. In adults: 4 tablets, 3 times a day, directly on the tongue. In children: 2 granules 3 times a day, directly on the tongue.
