Supreme Gainers Vanilla from Gold Nutrition is a nutritional supplement indicated to obtain greater muscle volume, increase weight and recover faster between workouts. Gainers Supreme combines fast protein absorption (whey) and slow absorption (casein) rich in BCAAs. It is also composed of a complex of carbohydrates and a low fat content, only 8g per dose (320g). It is recommended to take one serving (8 measures) a day. Take ½ serving (4 measurements - 160g) 30-40 minutes before strength training and ½ serving (4 measurements - 160g) immediately after training, or take ¼ serving (2 measurements - 80g) 4 times a day - half of the half before training, after training and at bedtime. To prepare ½ serving, dilute four low measures in 640 ml of water and to prepare ¼ serving, dilute two low measures in 320 ml of water. It is not recommended for diabetics, nor in case of kidney failure or allergy to any of the ingredients.
