Terpenic Carrasqueño Thyme Essential Oil 5 ml of essential oil

Carrascan thyme, also called oregano from Spain, is a hybrid of savory and compact oregano. It is an immunostimulant and general tonic (physical, mental and sexual). It offers the same therapeutic properties and can be used for the same indications, always bearing in mind that the phenols very present here have a great causticity for the skin and mucous membranes, making it difficult to use the essential oils that contain them in high proportions. Therefore, the precautions for use must be respected and for the oral route, the use of compact oregano capsules should be privileged. It is recommended to use a couple of drops of oregano essential oil diluted in 30 ml of vegetable oil and apply 3 or 4 drops of this dilution on the soles of the feet. Do not use during pregnancy and lactation. Do not use in children under 6 years of age. Do not use pure on the skin or mucous membranes.
