The Fakro LXW Loft Ladder Upper Hatch prevents attic dust from accumulating on the hatch and steps of the closed Loft Ladder. It improves insulation and tightness. The upper hatch includes a frame with a 3.6cm thick hatch door, hardware, installation brackets, gas piston, and rotational closing handle. The frame has a peripheral gasket. The box height is 12cm. The hatch fits standard dimensions for all Fakro Loft Ladder models, except for LDK and LSF models. It prevents dust build-up on the hatch and ladder and adds insulating properties..
