The greatest dropped waist ruffled rara maxi dress I’ve ever seen! Gives awesome 80s vibes but is fairly modern. Has five ruffles on the skirt in pastel polka dots and dizzy floral. The main dress has a light beige stripe. Would be great layered with a blouse with a huge collar. Will fulfill anyones maximalist cottagecore pastel dreams. Label says 5xl but I’d guess it would best fit a size 20.
