The 20m x 1m Roofing Felt Shingle Underlay 3B IKO is a waterproofing membrane manufactured to BS 747 Type 3B. It consists of a strong glass fibre base, coated with oxidised bitumen and is sand finished on both surfaces. It is perfect for use under felt shingles but can also be used as an underlay to bitumen shingles in a pitched roof application. Economical and durable, this underlay (or immediate layer) can be used in a built-up felt roofing specification and is usually fully bonded in hot bitumen..
