Daydreams began as a pencil drawing and was painted digitally, daydreams are something children do a lot, less so them adults, but this is a reminder to still take time to stop and dream a little, stopping to pause, makes them more creative problem solvers and helps them to feel refreshed especially on busy days. I am very interested in mindfulness and mindfulness meditation which focuses on the breath and this image reminds them to take these little breaks and just enjoy the moment they are in.
