Latitude Vive This Belutsch rug is a wonderful example of true nomadic art. The Baluch is knotted in three countries: Iran, Afghanistan and Pakistan. It takes its name from the Baluchi tribe, but is also knotted by other tribes. Small rugs or bridges are mainly knotted. Large carpets are rare. They have a very good price-performance ratio, are carefully crafted and are made in many different, often geometric, patterns. The rugs are hard -wearing and are well known among all modern nomadic rugs.
