Victoria and Albert Trivento Freestanding Bath

This modern take on the classic bateau style bath is the Trivento freestanding double ended bath by Victoria and Albert. This would suit both contemporary and traditional bathroom styles, with the thin-rimmed edges and deep bathing well. At 1650mm in length, it is suitable for all sizes of spaces, and will surely act as the focal point of your room. The bathtub is made of Victoria & Albert\'s unique Quarrycast material, which is made of volcanic limestone coupled with a specialised resin to create a higher quality basin that is tougher and more lasting than ceramic. Taps are not included and will need to be purchased separately. Tap holes cannot be drilled for this product, so you will need to have either wall mounted taps or a floor standing tap. Victoria and Albert\'s recommended wastes are K-12, K-17, K-36, K-40. K-12: Universal waste kit for baths without overflow hole. Flush fitting \'captive\' plug.  K-17: Special bath waste kit For baths without a pre-drilled overflow. K-36: The Kit 36 and Kit 40 IntelliDrains work just like a normal ‘click-clack’ waste; however, if the maximum safe depth of water is reached (circa 36cm for the Kit 36 and 40cm for the Kit 40) then patented technology within the unit triggers the plug to open, helping to avoid a flood. Once the tap is turned off, the IntelliDrain allows the bath to empty to approximately 26cm (30cm for the Kit 40) and then automatically reseals, allowing the bather to enjoy a deep soak. Perfect for hotel applications or homes with children. Circa 36cm maximum depth. The Kit 36 is designed to conform to BS EN 274-1.
