Provides a daily intake of no less than 12 vitamins and 9 minerals. It contains, among others, the B vitamins, vitamins A, C, D and E as well as essential minerals such as iron, copper, magnesium and zinc in their organic and bioavailable form of chelates. How to use: Take 1 to 2 tablets a day during meals with a little water or fruit juice.
