Compatible with the BALANCE Paving Pedestal system, the Wallbarn Wide Lugged Headpiece simplifies deck and paved area installations. It's composed of four parts: base plate, threaded stem, nut fixing, and head plate. The BALANCE adjustable pedestal tackles uneven surfaces caused by sub-deck imperfections or varying slab thickness. These self-levelling headpieces accommodate deck surface variations below them. For decking, lugs are spaced to create a 55mm gap for timber joists, allowing quicker decking surface installation by adjusting pedestal height. For paving, the self-levelling headpiece has four lugs in a crucifix formation, providing stability and durability. It offers up to 5% (2.86 degrees) slope correction, enabling smooth paving slab positioning and avoiding slippage and tilting. Lugs separate paving slabs for proper drainage and a straight layout.
