It’s unlined polyester mesh with wide 3/4 sleeves that you can gather up with a tab and button, there are concealed buttons full length, an unusual collar that can be high or open, a fitted bodice with super fine pleats to the waist and a full skirt with caught gathers to each side. Size large on the label, but the measurements suit an 8-10, 32-34” chest, 26-30” waist, 38” of room in the hips, 13” across the shoulders, 19” long sleeves, 37” long from shoulder to hem.
