The A1 innovative roofing underlay from Glidevale Protect outperforms traditional Type 1F felts and second-generation plastic sheets. This 'third-generation' underlay is ideal for pitched roofs with tiles or slates, and insulation at ceiling joist or rafter level. It provides exceptional waterproofing and can serve as a temporary roof covering. Made of a unique twin-ply polypropylene non-woven spun-bond layer and PP film, it boasts excellent nail tear and tensile strength. This lightweight underlay is easy to cut, clean, and handle. It remains unaffected by temperature changes and does not produce noise in strong winds. The dark grey embossed upper surface reduces glare and the absorbent underside prevents condensate drip-off. UV and heat stable, it is 145gsm in weight (7kg per roll) and comes in a size of 45m length x 1m width (45m per roll).
