Unique Vintage Women's Pleated Dress - Green - 12

Unique vintage green velvet dress. I think this is a very old piece, potentially handmade. Fits me - I am around a size 12, and comes down to just above my knee. Price reflects that it's not in perfect condition, with a few bits of wear and tear. It's a little crumpled from storage but truly is such an interesting heritage piece. I don't know if this is 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s etc, but definitely isn't modern.
