These doors are factory rebated RHPO (Right hand push open) when facing from inside. They are unfinished and unglazed with an engineered construction, offering a 10-year manufacturing guarantee and FSC certification. Multiple sizes are available: 1981 x 915 x 44mm, 1981 x 1067 x 44mm, 1981 x 1168 x 44mm, 1981 x 1220 x 44mm, 1981 x 1372 x 44mm, and 1981 x 1524 x 44mm. Proper sealing of all edges, faces, and cut-outs is essential before installation, especially if the door will be in an exposed location. Regular maintenance is required to ensure performance and appearance. If trimming is needed, reduce equally from both sides. A maximum of 6mm can be trimmed on each side for doors with 10mm lipping, and 3mm for doors with 6mm lipping. Trimming fire doors over 6mm will void the FD30 rating. Use 3 hinges for better rigidity and strength. All untreated products must be fully sealed before hanging; waxes and oils are not suitable for sealing and will void the guarantee if used..
