The EasySeal self-adhesive roofing system eliminates the need for hot bitumen or naked flames when installing roofing membranes. It's a two-layer, high-performance system ideal for small roofs like those over garages, porches, extensions, and dormer windows. EasySeal's fire-safe benefits also apply to large projects. The self-adhesive process, free from hot bitumen and messy liquids, suits both contractors and competent DIY installers. Properties include an 8m length, 1m width, 8m roll size, 18kg roll weight, 2.25kg per m, and 2.25mm thickness. The underlay has an inert glass fibre base with SBS modified bitumen, a polyethylene upper film, and a removable release film underside. Install according to BS 8217: 2005 and IKO instructions.
