Laura Ashley Women's Dress - Blue - 6

1975 genuine vintage Laura Ashley dress made in Wales, labelled size 12 in blue with pretty formal pattern and detail. A deep 8inch frill round the bottom of a full skirt - the dress can be worn with or without waist tie. This runs incredibly small, I would guess a modern day size 6. I’ve considered using the belt to expand the back & waistline to fit a modern day size 10 but it’s such a gorgeous unaltered piece I’d rather it went to someone who it may fit better / with better sewing skills than me! It does have the potential to fit a size 8 / 10 / 12 if the belt material is used to expand it. The measurements are: Waist 24.5 inches, shoulder to shoulder 14 inches - the bodice measures 14inches shoulder to waist and it is 56 inches from shoulder to bottom hem. There are some small spots which are discoloured on left side of bodice and by left hip which are not particularly visible. Excellent vintage condition
