Weberend Bead Adhesive is a ready-mixed, fast-curing adhesive for fixing corner, drip, stop, and expansion beads. Suitable for Deferral M, D, MF, and OCR applications, it sets beads within two hours depending on temperature, prepping walls for rendering. Ideal for virgin masonry substrates, it requires gradual water addition to the powder and mixing until consistent. A 20kg bag needs about 4.4 liters of water. Use within 30 minutes to avoid waste. Ensure surfaces are clean and sound before applying. Apply dabs 300mm apart directly to the substrate, press the bead into the dabs, and embed the bead wing completely. Trowel away excess material, setting the adhesive back from the profile nose to ensure 10mm to 12mm render coverage. Beads set within two hours at 20C. Adjust render thickness based on exposure: 15mm for moderate, 20mm for severe elevations. One bag covers 45 linear meters of beads with sporadic dabbing.
