The Titan Ducting Access Chamber is made from reprocessed, co-polymer polypropylene, exceeding the BSEN124 D400 load rating for durability. For installation, ensure the opening is 100mm deeper than the chamber’s depth, including the lid & frame, & the base width matches the Titan box section with a 25mm adjustment allowance. Maintain a 100mm to 150mm excess at pavement level. It features a 150mm depth with heavy-duty construction. The 450mm walls have three 110mm entry ports, & the 600mm walls have four 110mm entry ports. A C30 dry mix at 100mm depth can be used as the foundation, leaving a small base aperture for natural soakaway. Use a galvanized steel frame with a composite lid for height & tilt customisation & wrap the frame with C30 concrete for stability. Pole boxes typically measure 300mm x 300mm x 450mm deep & 450mm x 450mm x 450mm deep, with custom sizes available.
