Pallet Collection - EXP

To arrange a collection using our Pallet company please add this item to you your basket, and proceed through the checkout as normal. Please note the delivery address on the checkout in this instance would be the address you would like the goods collecting from. Organising a pallet collection during a delivery: Whilst you will always be charged for a collection we can match this to a delivery to avoid waiting for two separate couriers. If there are products ordered with the collection charge we will try to do this as standard. If you have a separate order you already have placed with us please note this in the additional comments section of the checkout. Arranging the day If you require collection on a specific day please add this information to the additional comments section of the checkout. Packaging All unwanted items need to be returned to us in the best possible condition. Whilst items are with you, they are in your care. If the item is damaged in your care we will not be able to issue a refund. In order to ensure your refund is not affected please provide any additional packaging you can to the item. We do appreciate that when opening the item the original packaging may not be recoverable, this will not affect you refund. Do you still have the pallet the item was delivered on? If you do not have the pallet the item came on please let us know in the additional comments box in the checkout, so we can make the necessary arrangements.
