Vintage Y2k Bay Trading black crochet overlay dress with bead embellishment and narrow adjustable shoulder straps. In decent condition; a little messy at the edges in a few places. 100% viscose. Size label says 10, however it seems petite and feels more like an 8. Pit to pit 16in; waist 28in, just a little stretch.
