Women's Ring - Brown/Silver

Unusual vintage stone sterling silver ring. Bought from a vintage/antiques shop. Ring doesn’t really fit me so I’ve never worn it. Unsure of the exact size as I don’t have a ring sizer but it fits my pinky finger as you can see in the pictures.
