Blue Prom Dress. Prom Dress - originally paid £250 as the dress was handmade in the shop. Strapless (could easily add straps) sweetheart neck with a diamante detail waistline. Slight trail. There has been a rip in the chiffon layer of the dress on the bottom front (see photos). This dress would be ideal if wanting to shorten or do something with the length. 3 layers to skirt. measurements taken - see photos.
