The Jordan 1 Mid Día De Muertos (Day of the Dead) is a fresh new iteration of the classic Nike AJ1 that’s decked out in a vibrant colour scheme for a head-turning look. The Jordan 1 was Michael Jordan’s first ever signature sneaker and launched all the way back in 1985, however it’s still one of the most prominent sneakers in the footwear industry today. Launching to celebrate the famous Mexican Day of The Dead holiday, the pair are releasing alongside a Nike Blazer, a Nike Air Max 90 and a Nike Daybreak Type (Nike DBreak Type Heel) as a capsule pack. Each pair features handmade artwork that showcase traditional Mexican flower design inspiration alongside matching apparel pieces. This mid-top version is dressed in a clean pink, yellow and white three-tone color scheme that showcases classic colour blocking for a timeless look. Nike’s signature Swoosh logo runs across both sides, while a classic Jordan Brand Jumpman logo is embroidered onto the tongue and a wings logo on the collar.
