Pipe Flashing for Metal Roofs 235-425mm Dektite Diverter Grey EPDM

The flashing solution for pipes through metal roofs. For high and low roof pitches. No ponding where water can build up - usually caused by having a dip in the roof or damming where water can build up behind any raised areas on the roof. The large base of the dektite diverter dramatically reduces and diverts rain water back up that can occur on very low or high pitched roofs and deep ribbed roofing profiles. No need to cut around the pipes, just quick straight lines for the square base. Suitable for a roof pitch between 0 and 40 degrees. Suits external pipe dimensions between 235mm and 425mm. Base size: 660mm x 750mm. Black and Grey EPDM flashings are used with standard pipes where heat is not an issue. Can be used with pipes up to 115°C constant and 150°C intermittent..
