Vintage 1940's/Mid Century Teddy Bear/Dolls Galea Centurion Helmet - Theatrical Prop A well made theatrical prop likely once used for museum display. Would be equally interesting on a small teddy bear or doll. Steel round helmet with a leather/material interior around the metal, a decorative crest on top with brass repousse work showing good details including a gothic face at the front, brass visor with imitation leopard hair, brass chain ring on leather jaw strap, long sash faux hair at the back. 7.5 to 8 cm head space Helmet From Top Bottom: approximately 18 cm Condition: Used - some scratches, wear & a few rust marks to steel, metal tag on visor front visible which is likely holding the jaw strap.
