After the instant selling out of the first Corteiz and Nike project, the two line up for another cold edition of the Air Max 95. The “Pink Beam” edition dropped at a Bodega in New York on the 21st of March 2023, with US fans running around the Big Apple in order to try and secure a pair. A hot Favorited among fans of the London-based brand, the Corteiz x Air Max 95 “Pink Beam” has secured itself among the hall of classic Air Max sneakers.Similar to the first edition, Corteiz branding is embroidered onto the toe and heel quarter, with the brand’s Alcatraz tongue logo here in pink. The signature Air Max 95 panelling is decorated in a move from navy to black, with the thick netting around the eyestays that we saw on the first edition. Once again, the Air units match the branding accents, here in a bright pink that provides this Air Max 95 collaboration edition with a huge pop of colour. The last time we saw pink look this good on an AM95, it must have been the “Pink Foam” from 2020. The lining is again kitted out in camouflage, this time in a woodland snow pattern that complements the cold tones of the upper.
