How to care for your beeswax wraps To wash your beeswax wraps, use soap in cold water and hang to dry – hot water will degrade the wax on your wrap. It is recommended that you refresh your wraps every few months either in an electric oven or using an iron. Full instructions can be found in the Media & Downloads section. Beeswax wraps are not suitable for using in the microwave or oven. Ensure that all food is cold before you use these wraps, as hot food will cause the wax to melt. Please note these wraps are flammable so keep away from naked flames and do not refresh in a gas oven.
