Air Jordan 1 High OG White Cement | UK10 | The Sole Supplier
The Air Jordan 1 High is a shoe that needs no introduction. Having been the hottest Jordan silhouette for the past few years running, the people over at Jordan Brand seek to carry on that push with its latest slew of colourways. Taking a more maximalist approach, the Air Jordan 1 High OG is decked out in the highly coveted elephant print. Around the early 2010s, the print inspired by the big-eared mammals was a huge discussion point amongst OG Jordan heads. Now with this all-out print rendition, it’s sure to have them waving their cash in the air or shaking their fists in anger, an action which ironically, is easily confused.Using the signature colour blocking of the Air Jordan 1 High, the divide between the different panels is not too far off the OG releases. The midsole from the OG Jordan 1 "Shadow" colourway can be found on this pair, giving the shoe a solid head start. The white leather that is adorned on the midsection and toe box, also nods to the traditional releases with its combining black leather Swoosh. All of these details prep the shoe for the more obvious “Elephant Print” which will be the make-or-break factor behind the shoe. The mock print which earnt its status amongst iconic models such as the Air Jordan 3 “True Blue"” and AJ3 “Black Cement", is present in its usual black and grey abstract lining. This is a first for the Air Jordan 1 High and an introduction to the print for many new sneakerheads, making these a unignorably important release for both consumers and the team over at Jordan Brand. We’ll be interested to see how these are received so expect a further update from us over at The Sole Supplier for any hot takes and stats. These are rumoured to be dropping on May 6th so keep an eye out for more information from us.
