This semi inset basin has a lovely simple and neat design with rounded edges and a clean modern look. The washbowl lip sits above the countertop with the bulk of the basin inset within the countertop or worktop surface. The oblong shape offers a width of 540mm (internally) which gives you a generous width for handwashing and other washbowl ablutions, without using too much depth/length in your countertop layout. The depth back to front is 415mm underneath and 340mm inside the bowl. This Villeroy and Boch basin has an overflow hole, positioned to the front of the inside bowl, this means the basin requires a slotted basin waste and brassware is sold separately.
