Condrohelp is an excellent orange-flavored supplement for adults who want to maintain the mobility of their connective tissues such as tendons, ligaments and cartilage against aging or discomfort caused by exercise. Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the normal function of cartilage and confers antioxidant protection to cells against oxidative damage. D-glucosamine is a key component in the structure of cartilage, it also participates in the production of other substances that ensure its firmness and lubrication. Hydrolyzed Collagen and Hyaluronic Acid provide proteins that are part of the structures of cartilage, tendons and ligaments (connective tissues), for their elasticity and lubrication. Copper and Manganese contribute to the normal maintenance of connective tissues and also provide antioxidant protection against oxidative damage. It is recommended to take 11.6 g (1 level scoop) once a day, dissolved in 250 ml of water, juice or other liquid, preferably in the morning. This product should not be consumed by pregnant or lactating women, nor by children or adolescents. Avoid consumption together with anticoagulant medications.
